• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where an incorrect order has been delivered
• Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images or videos
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging

Custom-made, personalised, made-to-order, or discounted items are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

• Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled
• Just Silver reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

• The colour and finish of a piece may vary slightly from its photographs because of screen settings, photography lighting, and the natural character of silver, stones and enamel
• Minor variations of this kind are not manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return or exchange
• Slight irregularities in handcrafted pieces are part of their character, not defects
