- To order from outside India, please contact us directly with the pieces you would like and your delivery address, and our team will arrange your order with you

- International shipping charges depend on the destination, weight, and courier partner, and our team will share them with you when you order
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier service

- All Just Silver products are crafted in authentic 925 silver (or 999 silver where specified)
- Natural oxidation, minor variations in finish, or handcrafted detailing are inherent to silver jewellery and do not constitute defects
- For orders delivered outside India, customers are responsible for ensuring that imported jewellery complies with their country’s local regulations
COLOUR & FINISH VARIATION
- The colour and finish of a piece may vary slightly from its photographs because of screen settings, photography lighting, and the natural character of silver, stones and enamel
- Minor variations of this kind are not manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return or exchange
- Slight irregularities in handcrafted pieces are part of their character, not defects
