RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of fine silver jewellery:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where an incorrect order has been delivered.
- Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images or videos
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging
Custom-made, personalised, or discounted items are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled
- Just Silver reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days after verification. Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
