RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of fine silver jewellery:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where an incorrect order has been delivered.
  • Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images or videos
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging

Custom-made, personalised, or discounted items are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled
  • Just Silver reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days after verification. Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
